Lex Howard
Chairman of the Board
Douglas Lex Howard (Lex) grew up in Murray, Utah, and spent part of his childhood in St. Petersburg, Russia. At 16, he worked as a decorative painter for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, contributing to temple projects worldwide. After his mission, Lex shifted his focus from religious service to business, eventually becoming the CEO of Balance of Nature, a company he purchased from his father.
He lives in Leeds, Utah, with his wife Aileen and their six children, and enjoys art, animals, and family time.
Nancy Lyon
Board Member
Nancy has served as a member of the Advisory Board of PBS Utah. She is currently the Development and Alumni Relations at the University of Utah Institutional Advancement Officer.
Dimon McPherson
Board Member, Treasurer
An American business executive and former CEO of Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company where he served in the capacity from 1992-2000, Dimon has extensive executive and development experience. Gained his BA from University of California, Los Angeles in Business and then continued on to gain an MBA.
Dimon and his wife, Darlene, have seven children and twenty grandchildren.
